Juana Martín began her career in 1999 after being selected to represent her province, Córdoba, in the Young Designers Competition of Spain. In 2005 she became the first Andalusian gypsy woman to participate in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, where she presents her prêt-à-porter collections each season.
Her flamenco, swimwear and bridal fashion lines are showcased in different Spanish runways such as the International Flamenco Fashion Show (SIMOF), Valencia Fashion Week, Barcelona Bridal Week or Costura España. Currently, her collections can be purchased at her atelier in Córdoba, at her showroom in Madrid, or at her flagship store in Marbella (Málaga).[:]
