Juana Martín, Moisés Nieto and Pepa Bueno awarded at the Andalusian Fashion Awards

The Real Fábrica de Artillería in Seville hosted the 5th edition of the Andalusian Fashion Awards, which once again recognised the talent and the career of prominent names in the sector. Among them, designers Moisés Nieto and Juana Martín, both members of the Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España (ACME), and Pepa Bueno, executive director of the association. The awards are a part of the launch of the International Fashion Week in Andalusia (SIMA 41), an event that will once again make the Andalusian city the epicentre of fashion from 10th. to 13th. of March.

During the event, Juana Martín received the Award for International Designer of Andalusia, granted due to her establishment in the international fashion industry. For his commitment to artisanal tradition fused with innovation, the Award for Andalusian Craftsmanship was bestowed upon Moisés Nieto. Pepa Bueno received the Award as Andalusian Fashion Ambassador for her dedication to broadcasting and promoting Spanish fashion.

The three were accompanied by their families, teams and by Modesto Lomba, president of ACME, who also wished to show his support to the ceremony.

The list of winners also includes Pablo López, CEO and co-founder of Silbon, winner of the Award for Business Excellence, and Karina Díaz, founder of Costa Rica Fashion Week, winner of the Award for International Fashion Sustainability. Additionally, Pablo Fernández received the Award for Andalusian International Model and María Valdés (Marvaldel) the Award for Andalusian Fashion Influencer.

The 23rd edition of International Fashion Week in Andalusia (SIMA 41) aims to receive over 8,000 attendees, consolidating itself as one of the most important events in the sector and a key date in the Spanish fashion calendar.
