María Lafuente’s sustainable revolution

María Lafuente presents her Kokoro collection in the off calendar of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, an ode to femininity inspired by brave references in favor of gender equality, such as Iranian Ryma Sheermohammadi-Motlaq. The designer invites us on a journey where the heart and soul intertwine in a dance between style and conscience.

The artisanal value of each piece is combined with sustainability and regeneration of the fabrics and materials with which the designer creates her iconic volumes: cork, regenerated tencel, sequins or recycled tires. The color palette of this collection includes shades such as pastel pink, bubble-gum pink, nude, white, beige and green, reflecting the freshness and vitality reminiscent of the references that inspire the fashion creator on this occasion: heart and soul.

Following her philosophy of collaboration and cooperation in her collections, and seeking the latest advances in innovation and sustainability, María Lafuente joins forces with Corc Yoga and their organic cork, with Bonadona's artisanal jute footwear, and with recycled tires from the SIGNUS organization.
