Almería’s Provincial Council and the Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España (ACME) have formalized an alliance that integrates Talento Almeriense into ACME’s collaborative framework, following a working meeting between the two institutions.
The meeting was attended by José Antonio García Alcaina, president of Almería’s Provincial Council, Juan Duyos, president of the Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España, and Pepa Bueno, executive director. The meeting served to chart a joint roadmap aimed at promoting the province’s fashion designers as well as their crafts.
With this addition, Talento Almeriense, a brand that is promoted by the Provincial Council, thus becomes a part of the territorial initiatives ecosystems working alongside ACME. The collaboration includes lines of work related to the inclusion in official Spanish fashion calendars, access to mentorship programs and professional networks, and the development of actions linked to the brand’s identity.
Talento Almeriense is an institutional platform that brings together local designers, artisans, and creators, providing tools for their visibility and their professional development. Its integration into ACME is part of a collaborative process between the two entities, which has began to be charted in this initial meeting.
