From Madrid, MAYA HANSEN travels to Mexico City to present her spring-summer 2018 collection 'Blue Vendela' within the official schedule of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico City. The designer shows her proposals in a fashion show held at Proyecto Público Prim, a renovated manor house in the historic centre of the Mexican capital.
This collection, inspired by the decade of the nineties, top models and the mythical covers of Sport Illustrated magazine, recreates a sporty-chic environment in which bathing suits are mixed with tight evening dresses and with a complete collection of pieces made in denim that revolve around the designer’s star garment: the corset.
The presence of MAYA HANSEN in Mexico supports the brand’s expansion project in the Latin American country, a process initiated last year with incursions in different points of sale in the capital and other Mexican cities such as Cancun, and the permanent presence of the collection in their showroom in Mexico City.
