ACME joins the pink

24/10/2015

The Theatre Nuevo Apolo in Madrid hosts the II edition of the Gospel Choir Madrid Solidarity Concert for the benefit of “Carmen Barba psychology workshops” that take place in the Breast Cancer Unit of the Hospital Madrid Sanchinarro.

The Asociación de Creadores de Moda de España joined the initiative giving ten aprons designed by Andres Sardá, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Amaya Arzuaga, Devota & Lomba, Ion Fiz, Francis Montesinos, Juana Martín, Miguel Marinero, Roberto Torretta and Roberto Verino. These fashion show aprons were drawn among all the attendees who had purchased their ticket for this concert. ACME wished to contribute with their share towards the fundraising for the important psychological support for these workshops offered to breast cancer patients of this hospital unit.

This series of solidarity aprons were created exclusively by the designers of ACME for an exhibition at Cibelespacio during the 61st edition of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid in collaboration with the D.O.P. Dehesa de Extremadura.[:]
