Experience and know-how on the runway of MBFWM

16/09/2014

Andres Sarda placed on the runway a high-flying proposal. An imaginary journey that exudes creativity and highlights the know-how of a high-end lingerie label, pioneer in our country. A suggestive crew leads us towards an international beauty pageant interpreting, through pieces of lingerie and swimwear, the aesthetic codes of different cultures. Sailor stripes, floral prints and applications of rhinestones are dominant in the bikinis. Silk satins and lace trimmings rise as the absolute leaders of a seductive collection that places value in the female anatomy.

Hannibal Laguna presents “Butterfly Dreams”, a collection inspired by the delicacy and femininity of butterflies. Sophisticated and colourful, the designer showcases on the runway a proposal of complex patterns highlighted by the absence of seams and the romantic dialogue between colours. Silk is the undisputed star in the Hannibal Laguna creations, from weightless chiffon dresses that recreate the winding flight of butterflies to voluminous Mikado outfits that plunge us into the magic of spring.

Dolores Cortés is responsible for putting the finishing touch to the 60th edition of MBFWM for the ACME designers with a collection inspired by Japanese culture. The colours and prints that evoke Japanese iconography are the leitmotif of the proposals of the designer from Valencia. Original works of origami and applications by way of metal armour samurai in bikinis and trikinis place a sophisticated touch in the proposals of one of the swimwear brands with a most consolidated path in our country.
